Game Trails
Game Trails is an owner operated traditional mobile tented safari company that operates throughout the prime wildlife areas in Botswana. The advantage of mobile camping is that you are able to cover more ground and access remote locations giving a sense of true wilderness that you may not get in a lodge based safari. The mobile safaris come in two forms: the Traditional Mobile Tented Safari, a good balance between adventure and relaxation, and the Luxury Mobile Tented Safari, the ultimate in traditional safari style.
In the Traditional Mobile Tented Safari guests are accommodated in spacious, walk-in wilderness safari tents with a covered veranda. The tents are furnished with two single beds, complete with comfortable mattresses, duvets and pillows, quality bed and bath linen, a bedside table, a carpet and a battery powered lamp. The bathroom is located between two guest tents and is shared accordingly. The tented bathroom includes a hand basin, hot water bucket shower and flush chemical toilet. The central guest area is set out in the open, furnished with a dinning table, director’s chairs and a drinks table.
On a Luxury Mobile Safari each tent has an ensuite bathroom attached to the back meaning you don't have to share with other guests, a tented dining area and many other small details and surprises such as the special 'bush bath with a view' that add to the overall experience and make it a bit more unique and a bit more comfortable.

EcoAfrica mobile safaris
A small, family run safari business, EcoAfrica offers you the ultimate mobile photographic safari in extreme comfort and with excellent service and cuisine. The mobile camps are set up in exclusive campsites designated in areas away from other camps.
They offer two types of safari: Tailor made safaris, which are specifically designed for a family or small group with a minimum of 4 persons.
Set date departure safaris which comprises of a 10 night classical safari departing from Maun on a two hours drive to an exclusive camp at Menoakwena, then three nights will be spent at a private camp on the banks of the Boteti River overlooking the Makhadikadi Salt Pans. The camp will then move into the Moremi National Park for the rest of the safari.
This safari is ideal for couples or single persons who want to join up with others for this Botswana experience. The maximum per group is 8 and a minimum of 4.
On both of these safaris you will be able to go on game walks on some of the larger islands in the Okavango and go on boat and mokoro trips and game drives. Your guides are highly experienced and all being keen photographers make sure you are in the right position for the perfect shot. You stay in large walk in East African style safari tents with adjacent short drop loo and bucket shower.
This is a real bush experience where you will have time to get to know the areas you are visiting and learn about the animals and birds, flora and fauna with friendly and knowledgeable guides.
