Mountain Biking Safari, Tanzania

Enjoy wildlife viewing and being active on this unique and adventurous safari, which combines traditional game drives with mountain biking and hiking, giving you the opportunity to explore rarely seen areas as well as the world famous destinations, such as the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. You will trace the shores of ancient soda lakes and follow elephant trails up the rift valley wall on your mountain bike, following in early explorer's footsteps to the endless plains of the Serengeti. You will also hike the Gregorian scarp, have the odd, chance encounter with Maasai, Barabaig and Mbulu tribes, and go on game drives in the major parks. You stay in a mixture of lodge and classic under canvas tented camps. This safari is a set date departure trip, suitable for mixed abilities, and has full vehicle support.
